What is the standard delivery time for heavy gym equipment?
For large items like power racks and weight benches, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Smaller accessories are usually delivered within 1-3 business days via our premium courier partners.
Do you offer a warranty on Rival Strength products?
Yes, all our hardware comes with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Many of our bars and plates feature extended structural warranties for peace of mind during heavy lifting.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my home gym space?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that return shipping costs for heavy equipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your weight plates compatible with standard 1-inch bars?
Our Olympic weight plates are designed with a 50mm (2-inch) center hole, making them compatible with all standard Olympic barbells. They will not fit 1-inch 'Standard' diameter bars.
Do you provide assembly services for racks and multi-gyms?
Our equipment is designed for straightforward home assembly and includes detailed instructions. While we do not provide in-house assembly, our support team is available via phone to guide you through any tricky steps.
